My love and passion for cooking stems back from when I was just 8 years old. My grandfather was my biggest fan and supporter. I remember cooking at home for the first time and and him being there to cheer me on. Fettuccine Alfredo, T-bone steak, & Garlic bread  was the first meal i ever made on my own. One cool thing about them is they were my neighbors. . YES MY LITERAL NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR! After his passing and After years of constant curiosity I officially stepped into the culinary industry. From catering and meal preps to private chef experiences and custom charcuterie, every dish I create comes from a place of passion, creativity, and love.
